It is designed to bring you all the benefits of insurance or group discount plans without waiting periods, paperwork, co-pays, and enrollment schedules. This plan is designed for all of our patients, whether or not you have insurance. Because the plan is not based on a network, it will stay with you regardless of your employer.

Strongsville Dental Plan Includes the Following
At no additional cost:
- Comprehensive oral evaluation
- Checkup x-rays annually
- Two adult cleanings per year
- Annual fluoride treatment
- One emergency visit annually
- Consultations for additional treatment
- Full mouth radiographs and Panorex as needed
- 15% off ALL** dental services including aesthetic veneers, crowns, dentures, and whitening! As well as 5% off Dermal fillers

*Program Exclusions & Limitations: This preventative program is a discount savings plan, not a dental insurance plan. It cannot be combined with dental insurance. It is good only in this office; care from other providers and specialists is not included. Payment is due at the time of service. Plan fees are subject to change. There is a charge for missed appointments.
